This module aims to:
1. Equip students with the knowledge, skills and competences to a level where they can
make a professional and strategic contribution to an organization’s management of its
human resources.
2. Provide core business subjects relevant to human resource management.
3. Develop a practical understanding of, and relevant skills in, functional human resource
management areas.
4. Explore key strategic human resource issues facing organizations and institutions.
5. Equip students with knowledge and skills in Property and Asset Management.
6. Explain the objectives and function of accounting, the type of information generated by
accounting, the processes by means of which this information is generated and who the
users of the financial information are.
